For example, if you create a event, such events are created through a third party platform, Action Network, that makes their event creation tools available to you to enable you to create the event. When you create the event, you are on the Action Network site, and you are providing information directly to Action Network and are subject to Action Network’s terms and privacy policy.

If you sign a petition, your name and organizational affiliation, along with general geographic location (such as city and state) may be displayed in connection with such petition, including on the landing page for that petition and on related areas of our platform. This information will be viewable to any visitor, including the media, search engines, and other organizations that provide archival Internet activities. We also share your first and last name, email address and city with the person or entity that created the petition you have signed, even if you select the option not to display your information publicly. If you do not wish to have such information shared with the petition creator, please do not sign the petition.

This website is operated by the Sister March Network, powered by Purpose ("Sister March Network"). In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law, Sister March Network has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances as determined by Sister March Network in its sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Sister March Network may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

16. Applicable Law and Venue
