White supremacist trolls and alt-right political operatives are spreading hate and ignorance through social media. The stakes for the 2024 election are too high for us to let them drown out truth and justice.
Join Digital Defenders for a #JusticeCantWait training. We cannot allow justice delayed to become democracy destroyed. Learn how to advocate effectively online and talk to your friends and loved ones about the dangers of a Trump presidency and the case against him without being "that" person.
EMTALA HEARING AT SCOTUS: CREATIVE ACTION
Wednesday, APRIL 24 – 8:30 AM ET
The Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) is a nearly 40 year old federal law guaranteeing everyone treatment for emergency medical conditions, nationwide. However, anti-abortion extremists are trying to exclude pregnant people from EMTALA’s long-standing protections. They would rather let a pregnant person die or suffer, rather than allow them to receive the emergency abortion care they urgently need.

On April 25, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments to determine whether or not Trump is immune from prosecution for his January 6th insurrection attempt. Trump argues he is immune because he was President. We disagree. Presidents should not given a free pass for attempting to overthrow our Democracy. Period. Ever.

• Accountability: Being president doesn’t mean you can attack our freedoms and democracy without consequences.
• Public Opinion: Most US Americans believe Trump must face the music for his actions on January 6th, regardless of his former role.
